ZZD-EDP新型環(huán)保漿料是志達(dá)生物科技有限公司與德國(guó)格雷費(fèi)化工有限公司合作,采用德國(guó)原料，德國(guó)技術(shù)，德國(guó)設(shè)備制造，它是可以取代一定量ＰＶＡ的高科技產(chǎn)品．ＥＤＰ與所有的其它助劑相溶性極好，是可以生物降解的優(yōu)質(zhì)紡織漿料．是目前世界上新型的符合環(huán)保要求的紡織上漿用的化工材料．上漿時(shí)能夠在纖維外部形成一個(gè)封閉的均勻的薄膜層，薄膜光華，柔軟，抗折，耐磨，從而有效的保護(hù)了纖維．退漿極其簡(jiǎn)單。并可減少織造過程中的靜電積聚，提高織造效率．
ＥＤＰ不僅適合與純棉，棉麻，滌棉，還特別適合于耐火的聚酯，如：特萊維拉（ＴＲＥＢＥＲＡ ?。茫樱瑯右策m合于作為粘膠絲．聚酰胺，乙（醋）酸酯的紡織物上漿的漿料．另外，ＥＤＰ適合的相對(duì)濕度可以達(dá)到８０％

三、產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用
ＥＤＰ兌成濃度直至９％左右的漿液而不需假如任何的淀粉增溶劑。該漿液對(duì)聚酯纖維、纖維素、ＰＥＳ／纖維素、人造纖維素有著極強(qiáng)的粘結(jié)力，從而能夠大大的降低落漿落棉。
調(diào)漿時(shí)，只需把ＥＤＰ投入到一定的體積的水中，攪拌均勻升溫燜漿２０分鐘即可使用。
四、退漿
